- Lead by example through motivation, support of the direction of the brand, and communicating the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional lifestyle experience for both internal and external guests.
- Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations; set the tone to consistently role‑model key sales and service behaviors with every team member creating an optimal guest purchase experience.
- Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis and streamlining store processes, driving profitability.
- Create an environment of open dialogue and learning to coach and assist with career development strategies, building bench strengths for our Retail Team Members; promote internal career growth starting with thoughtful hire and clear performance expectations.
- Use entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek out marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure.
- 5+ years of retail experience.
- 3+ years of management team supervision experience.
- Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
- Experience coaching and developing a team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate naturally and analyze reports to identify merchandising and presentation opportunities.
- College degree in Business or a related degree.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
- Climbing ladders – occasionally.
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Rate Range: $60,000 or minimum salary wage to $75,000 per year.
