Salary: $36.00 hourly; 32 to 40 hours per week; permanent full-time; flexible morning, day, weekend shifts.

• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

• Education:
  
  College, CEGEP or 1–2 year non‑university certificate or diploma
• Experience:
  
  1 year to less than 2 years
