Asset Protection associates are responsible for providing a secure destination to shop for customers, a safe workplace for associates, and protecting company assets for the ongoing success of our stores.

• Investigating loss of assets including merchandise, money and property.
• Preventing loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other LP tactics.
• Ensuring the safety and security of assigned stores.
• Monitoring and implementing shrink reduction strategies.

• One year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/ ykness
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation‑related information.

High School Diploma or GED.
