Job Description

Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for a Jewelry Retailer Account Manager to join their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expandinganchor aspects of eCommerce operations, managing a set of designated jewelry retailer accounts, and responding to inquiries promptly to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings and updates across assigned retailer portals.
  • Create product proposals and spec sheets for new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and growth trends.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Ensure order fulfillment accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
  • Handle customer and retailer inquiries and product questions.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies and maintain product files.
  • Support eCommerce strategy and execution across platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to load new items.
  • Research competitors and customer feedback to improve offerings.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of jewelry retailer account management experience with major jewelry retailers.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and other technology platforms/software.
  • Analytical skills to make sales and product recommendations.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
