We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations, we are a U.S. family‑owned and operated company.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5‑day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers loading mattresses onto vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with state‑of‑the‑art technology such as tablets, mobile POS, and our bed Match system.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
