We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead a flagship level boutique for a distinguished luxury fashion house in New York. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on cultivating a refined client experience, shaping a cohesive and motivated team, and elevating the overall atmosphere of a high‑performing luxury environment.

• Lead the daily operations of a high performing luxury boutique
• Deliver exceptional client experience and service standards
• Coach, inspire and develop a diverse team
• Build meaningful client relationships and support clienteling strategies
• Ensure operational excellence across all store functions
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive business performance

• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within luxury retail
• Strong background within RTW category within boutiques
• Strong leadership skills with a people first approach
• Proven ability to drive client engagement and commercial results
• Hands on, dynamic and confident in a fast‑paced luxury environment
• Excellent communication, presence and emotional intelligence
• Salary $110 - $130k based on experience and tenure within similar role
