Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team, bringing the brand to life, demonstrating our Core Values, and serving customers first. They create energy and excitement around our products and services in a fast‑paced, fun environment. The RSM builds meaningful connections with customers, uncovering their needs and educating them on device and service solutions.
What you’ll do- Help customers complete their shopping journey across online, Customer Care, and in‑store channels.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing sales, inventory, and new store programs.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Maintain store presentation and operations at a high standard.
- Show customers coverage advantages and help them choose plans that fit their lifestyle.
- Explain how our services let customers live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting, device and account inspection, and review processes.
Complete in‑store experience trainings, new skills and processes, system knowledge, and reference resources.
- Build relationships with employees across channels, owning the customer experience and resolving issues.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for company success.
- Provide first‑class customer experience while enjoying a good time.
- Leadership skills.

- Prior wireless sales experience.
