Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team, bringing the brand to life, demonstrating our Core Values, and serving customers first. They create energy and excitement around our products and services in a fast‑paced, fun environment. The RSM builds meaningful connections with customers, uncovering their needs and educating them on device and service solutions.

• Help customers complete their shopping journey across online, Customer Care, and in‑store channels.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing sales, inventory, and new store programs.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain store presentation and operations at a high standard.

• Show customers coverage advantages and help them choose plans that fit their lifestyle.
• Explain how our services let customers live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting, device and account inspection, and review processes.

Complete in‑store experience trainings, new skills and processes, system knowledge, and reference resources.

• Build relationships with employees across channels, owning the customer experience and resolving issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for company success.
• Provide first‑class customer experience while enjoying a good time.

• Leadership skills.

• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
