Sales Associate – GUESS?, Inc.

The Sales Associate is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience. They handle various operational duties such as housekeeping, visual presentation standards, and other tasks assigned by the store management team.

• Greet customers promptly with a smile and a friendly, non‑business greeting.
• Create a positive first impression through energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment in line with store standards.
• Provide customers with up‑to‑date product information.
• Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintaining cash wrap cleanliness and attempting to add to the sale.
• Offer efficient service at the cash wrap; promote Gift Cards and capture customer information in the database.
• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping at GUESS upon exit.

• Complete all duties assigned by management.
• Be punctual and adhere to the work schedule.
• Work well with teammates and management to accomplish duties.
• Follow all GUESS policies and procedures with 100% compliance.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.

• Meet or exceed the Sales per Hour (SPH) result assigned by management.

• Participate in all store meetings and related functions.
• Display a positive attitude toward merchandise and the company.
• Participate in all inventories.
• Assume and complete additional duties as assigned by store management.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift >30 lbs; stand for at least eight hours during scheduled shifts.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Team player who thrives in a team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule; willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance regularly.
