Pay Range: $17.00/yr - $21.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. Brand Ambassadors truly act as the face and voice of our Company, building brand recognition and successfully promoting our product through the engagement of customers in meaningful ways to increase our Company’s brand awareness and generate sales. The Brand Ambassador is expected to role‑model Unsubscribed values and Customer‑First behaviors in all interactions to create a positive Customer‑First experience.

• Consistently demonstrate the Unsubscribed Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Leverage company tools and technology to confidently provide the customer with product knowledge that enhances engagement and maximizes sales.
• Consistently provide support to fellow employees through sharing of knowledge and assistance in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends based on the individual style.
• Promote awareness and growth of the unsubscribed brand by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Ensure returned merchandise is restocked to the correct product location on the floor; label and place damaged/defective items appropriately at shift end.
• Maintain company brand standards per the 5 S’s (In Size, Styled, Stocked, Standard, Signed).
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure a safe and presentable environment.
• Execute efficient handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdown optimization, and replenishment systems while following backroom SOPs.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns consistently with company policy and customer satisfaction; partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and act on it when appropriate.
• May stand and move for extended periods; able to reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
• Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions.
• Proficient with technology.
