We’re looking for a Retail Associate to join our small but mighty team and bring the Roxanne Assoulin experience to life inside our Flatiron showroom.

The Role

This isn’t your typical retail job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a creative, close-knit team and help customers discover pieces that make them happy.

You’ll greet guests by appointment and walk-ins, share styling ideas, and make each visit personal and memorable. You’ll also help keep the space beautiful, organized, and full of good energy.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and guests with warmth, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Offer personalized styling guidance — helping customers layer, mix, and build their own “RA look.”
• Learn the brand story and share it naturally with clients.
• Support retail operations, including restocking, organizing, and preparing the showroom for appointments.
• Maintain a polished, inviting, and joyful environment that reflects the brand’s spirit.
• Assist with pop-ups, events, or brand activations as needed.
• Communicate client feedback and observations to the team.

Who You Are

• A people person with a naturally warm, upbeat energy.
• Stylish and brand-savvy — you genuinely love jewelry, fashion, and making people feel good.
• Professional, polished, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of clients.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive — you take initiative and love being part of a small, creative team.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred (but not required if you’ve got great energy and taste!).

Scheduling & Details

• Part-time, flexible schedule (weekday and weekend availability preferred).
• Based in our Flatiron showroom — open for client appointments and walk-ins.
• Compensation based on experience, with opportunity for growth and additional hours during events or pop-ups.
