Our clients quickly become our friends as we create jewelry to mark the moments that make their lives special. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, self motivated individual to join our team.

We have a job opening for a Custom Sales Operative to support our growing business. As part of a small team, working with fourth-generation jewelry industry professionals, you will provide day-to-day support that ensures the smooth and effective operation of a small business.

General daily tasks include:

* Sales and Design based on client request

* Clienteling/Follow-ups/Networking

* Repair in-take

* Cleaning customer's jewelry

* Changing watch batteries

* Inventory

* Cleaning stock jewelry

* Keeping showroom clean and orderly

* Morning set up and Evening break down.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Fine/Custom Jewelery Sales. You are energetic and great with people. You are creative and have the ability to discuss and design ideas with clients. Organizational skills are a must. You must be a team player, people person, and have a good sense of humor.

There is a shop dog on premise at all times.

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:

* Fine Jewelry Sales: 2 years

* Must be available 40 hours per week, over 5 days, Tuesday through Saturday with additional paid overtime hours in December.

* Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.

* Understanding of gems and jewelry, GIA education preferred.

* Understanding of jewelry manufacturing, ‘Best and Standard Practices’
