Associate Distribution Planner – Seasonal

We are excited to connect with highly analytical and experienced professional with 3 years of experience within distribution, allocation or supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven background, ideally within a luxury or fashion retail setting. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to convert business data into actionable strategies. Expertise in the luxury retail sector is highly valued.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL is required, while Python skills are a significant asset. This opportunity requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, alongside a strong capacity for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence. Attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and follow‑through are key attributes for this role. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary range of USD $80,000 to $85,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
