Overview
Optical Sales Associate + Representative (Base+Bonus up to 100k) at Mott Optical Group. Mackee Enterprises is looking for a self-motivated optical sales associate that can both sell optical in our stores and also develop business for our proprietary titanium based line:
Suki Eyewear.
- Help customers in the retail store, sell glasses, check insurance, and maintain a clean and presentable retail environment.
- Spend 3–5 business days per week in retail activity and 2–3 business days prospecting for new optical clients.
- Sell optical products in-store and develop business for the Suki Eyewear titanium line.
- Maintain active communication with clients; follow through and follow up as part of daily workflow.
- Experience in the optical trade as an existing representative with a track record of success or experience in optical retail is preferred.
- Organized, self-motivated, strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-up with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge; most communication happens digitally.
- Interest in working with a young, growing brand and ability to add a titanium line to the offering.
- Salary and commissioned-based position; ability to be furnished with necessary materials to conduct business successfully on behalf of the company.
Competitive base salary plus a generous sales bonus for wholesale clients.
