Join the Jennifer Fisher retail team and help deliver world class experiences for our clients. As a Keyholder, your mission is to build deep and personal connections with clients while driving sales and enhancing loyalty to the Jennifer Fisher brand. The Key Holder partners with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to motivate the store team to uphold our tradition of creating a memorable shopping experience for all customers.

• Sales Generation:
  Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs; support the Store Manager in achieving total store goals and KPIs; educate the sales team on the store sales plan, personal goals, and store statistics; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Customer Service:
  Create a customer service focused environment; coach associates on clienteling processes and standards; communicate brand history, aesthetic, philosophy, and product knowledge to assist sales.
• Team Development:
  Coordinate daily activities of the sales team; ensure policy compliance; participate in training of new associates; recognize exceptional performance; provide coaching and feedback; partner with Store Manager to develop internal talent.
• Operations & Presentation:
  Comply with company policies; perform store opening/closing procedures; process POS transactions accurately and efficiently; maintain merchandising and visual standards; manage display condition and security to minimize loss.
• Communication:
  Maintain professionalism in communications with clients, peers, management and partners; participate in weekly manager calls and report sales as required.

• 2-3 years jewelry or luxury retail experience
• Self-motivated, initiative-taker, and expert conversationalist
• Ability to connect with a diverse range of people and clients
• Willingness to learn and improve operations
• Passion for retail and customer experience; team player with sales drive
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities

Salary Range: $25.00-$29.00 per hour. Base salary is part of a total compensation package and may include commission, bonus and other benefits as offered by Centric Brands. The posted base hourly range represents our good faith estimate at the time of employment and may be adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
