The Sales Associate is a keyholder role focused on driving sales through professional presentation, product knowledge, and client relationship development.

• Engaging with clients to build sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Providing excellent customer service by explaining product benefits, features, and care.
• Achieving sales and KPI goals.
• Reporting daily store business and maintaining awareness.
• Developing client relationships following CRM guidelines.

• Executing visual merchandise directives to ensure attractive displays.
• Managing inventory, including transfers, merchandise receiving, and cycle counts.
• Participating in training and team meetings on product knowledge and customer service.
• Handling keyholder responsibilities such as cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and communication.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Adhering to Wolford standards and policies.
• Safeguarding company property and enforcing loss prevention.
