• Act as the primary point of contact between Five Star Bath Solutions and Home Depot store leadership and associates
• Build strong, professional relationships with Home Depot management and store teams
• Train and coach Home Depot associates on how to identify qualified shoppers and introduce our free in‑home consultation
• Provide simple talking points, best practices, and ongoing reinforcement to help associates confidently engage customers
• Support in‑store lead generation efforts by assisting with shopper engagement when needed
• Ensure Five Star Bath Solutions is professionally represented within the store environment
• Communicate feedback, opportunities, and performance insights back to the Five Star Bath Solutions team

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Experience in training, coaching, retail leadership, brand representation, or account management
• Comfortable speaking to groups and providing informal, on‑the‑floor training
• Professional, approachable, and credible in a retail environment
• Self‑motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple store relationships
• Willing to work weekends and align with retail peak hours
