Location: Greater Westchester County, NY Area (Relocation assistance provided)
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Summary:
This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of a high-volume grocery retail store. Reporting to senior leadership, the Store Manager will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grocery retail, a proven ability to engage teams, and a results-driven mindset. Discretion and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to meet sales, service, and profitability goals.
- Engage, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and retention.
- Communicate clearly and consistently across all levels of the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional execution.
- Resolve customer and operational issues efficiently and professionally.
- Use performance data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Grocery retail store management experience is required.
- Proven ability to engage teams and foster a positive work culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving results and achieving business goals.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
