We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Sales Executive to drive sales growth across a portfolio of national brick-and-mortar retail accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience working with major retailers in the home goods industry.

• Manage and grow business with national retail accounts
• Partner closely with internal product development teams to meet customer needs
• Build strong relationships with buyers and retail partners
• Identify new opportunities to expand product placement and sales
• Track performance, analyze trends, and contribute to strategic planning
• Work collaboratively across departments to support successful execution
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and a proactive, solution-driven mindset

Must have prior wholesale or retail-facing sales experience in brick-and-mortar home categories
