Winston Retail is hiring Retail Engagement Visual Merchandising Coordinator team members to help launch a dynamic, discovery‑driven pop‑up concept in SoHo. This immersive retail space blends rotating assortments, creative collaborations, and bold visual storytelling to create a one‑of‑a‑kind shopping experience. As part of this exciting three‑month activation, you’ll play a behind‑the‑scenes role in keeping the store guest‑ready, product flowing, and the experience seamless.

• Execute merchandising plans, product resets, and promotional displays
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with store personnel to drive collaboration
• Deliver personalized assistance to guests on the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure key items are displayed on the sales floor
• Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom
• Support Retail Support Merchandisers with product placement and execution
• Reporting to the Team Lead, monitor inventory and flag any concerns to leadership
• Submit visit reports and photos via the Winston App

• 2+ years working in retail, customer service, stockroom, or support experience
• Strong mindfulness and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative with clear communication skills
• Comfortable with flexible schedules, including potential overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., climb ladders, and stay active on the floor
• Smartphone required for reporting:
  • iOS: iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: 2020 or newer, OS no more than 4 versions behind
