We are looking for a Business Account Manager working X over X.
As a Business Account Manager you are the face of Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and delivering product knowledge on the counter each day. You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the team to successfully achieve the accounts business plan and targets. Above all you must be passionate about leveraging all opportunities to promote the brand and build the business.

We are looking for a Business Account Manager who can create new business insights that are turned into plans and actions to drive the counter’s KPI’s and profitability. You will be an excellent communicator, building positive and effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.

On the next screen you will be asked to complete online questions which will involve customer service situational judgement questions. If you are successful you will be invited for a telephone interview with HR, followed by a face‑to‑face interview with the line manager.
