Danny’s Cycles is seeking a driven and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate is more than just a manager—they are a leader and sales driver who inspires their team, takes initiative, and delivers results. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and ensuring that our store meets its sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Be an active sales leader on the floor—building customer relationships, closing sales, and setting the standard for the team.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Delegate effectively while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Recruit, train, and support staff through orientation and ongoing training.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budgeting for efficient operations.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and grow the business.
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and effective purchasing.
• Ensure proper cash handling, cashiering, and financial reporting.
• Anticipate store needs, identify opportunities, and take initiative to improve operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong track record of personal sales success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and delegate.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to time management and detail.
• Retail math skills for pricing, analysis, and profitability.
• Bicycle knowledge preferred but not required.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus.
