Retail Store Manager – Port Washington | Main St
Lead a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. As a Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom, you live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. You serve as a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Your focus is on customer needs in a fast‑paced, fun environment, building new and deepening existing relationships, and recommending device and service solutions.
Whatyou’ll do in your role
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new programs and initiatives.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans, including accessories and emerging IoT devices.
- Maintain the store at its best, ensuring a top‑notch customer experience.
- Show customers how our coverage stacks up in their neighborhood, highlighting the lightning‑fast LTE network.
- Explain how plans and services allow customers to live unlimited, feel the love and stay connected.
- Demonstrate device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, systems knowledge and reference resources.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels- Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships, holding each other accountable for company success.
- Provide first‑class customer experience while having a good time.
- Leadership skills.

- Prior wireless sales experience.

- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
