We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless dining experience, from the moment they enter our restaurant to the time they leave.

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist customers in placing their orders, provide recommendations when needed, and ensure accuracy in orders.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing payments using various methods (cash, credit cards, mobile payments, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the cashier area and surrounding vicinity.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on friendliness, courtesy, and empathy.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register accurately.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for Caribbean cuisine and a willingness to learn about our menu offerings.
