A leading international restaurant group is launching its first location in New York, bringing a unique, authentic Italian food concept to the heart of the city. We are seeking a warm, energetic Dining Room Host to serve as the brand's ambassador and ensure every guest receives a flawless, memorable experience.

Your Mission as Brand Ambassador:

You will be the first impression and the cultural liaison for the brand, embodying the core values of customer, product, and respect.

• Warm Welcome: Greet all guests upon arrival with a genuine, friendly smile and professional service.
• Cultural Storytelling: Present the unique concept, sharing the tradition and craftsmanship that defines the product, ensuring a positive and consistent dining experience.
• Active Promotion: Engage directly with the public, participating in external promotional activities like street sampling, flyer distribution, and launch events to invite new customers.
• Customer Insight: Proactively collect guest feedback and collaborate with the operations team to maintain high service standards and assist during peak times.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Noon to 6:00 PM (Part-Time Hours).
• Pay: Up to $20 per hour based on experience.
• Additional Earnings: Pooled Tips distributed based on hours worked.

What We Are Looking For:

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people (a strong customer-oriented mindset is essential).
• Appearance: Well-groomed appearance, friendly demeanor, and a consistently welcoming attitude.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and good in Spanish; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Culture: A passion for Italian food and culture is highly valued.
• Tips: Pooled and distributed based on hours worked.
