Position: Executive Catering Attendant  (FULL TIME)

Location:

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday through Friday.

Shifts:

6:00 am – 2:30 pm, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, managing the full dining and hospitality experience from arrival through departure.
  • Deliver restaurant‑level à la carte service within executive meeting rooms and private dining spaces.
  • Anticipate guest needs before they are requested, including beverage preferences, dietary considerations, pacing, and privacy.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with captains, managers, culinary, sales, AV, facilities, and security teams to ensure a flawless experience.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, sourcing, and preparation techniques to confidently guide guests.
Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality (fine‑dining restaurants, five‑star hotels, private clubs, yachts, or executive residences).
  • Demonstrated mastery of formal service techniques with a modern, intuitive approach.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, calm demeanor, and presence under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service pacing at a fine‑dining level.
Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures accurate execution of all events during the shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
  • Log and maintain food temperatures.
  • Arrange tables and decorations.
  • Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Thoroughly clean location after each event.
  • Return food, beverages, and serving equipment to the catering facility.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment.
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law.
