Head Chef — Private Members Club | NYC / 100k-110k
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, sanitation, and compliance
- Develop and execute seasonal menus, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and kitchen systems
- Foster collaboration between front and back-of-house teams
- Maintain top-tier standards in safety, hygiene, and food handling
- 5 years of leadership in fine dining kitchens
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
- NYC Food Protection Certificate required
- Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
