City Pickle is a dynamic and rapidly growing sport and lifestyle brand based in New York City. Our mission is to spread the joy of pickleball and put a paddle in the hand of every urban dweller. We operate permanent indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations that bring together sport, hospitality, and community.

Bartender — City Pickle Times Square, New York, NY

Compensation: $25/hour + tips

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Start Date: February 1, 2026 (Club opening mid-February)

City Pickle is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join the opening team at our flagship Times Square location. Bartenders are central to the guest experience, delivering high-quality beverages efficiently while creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for players and guests before, during, and after play.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and City Pickle standards.
• Provide warm, attentive, and responsible service to guests at the bar and café
• Accurately process orders and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stations, glassware, and equipment
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock bar supplies, assist with inventory, and communicate needs to management
• Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow
• Answer guest questions about beverages, menus, and club offerings
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and inviting environment in the bar, café, and surrounding guest areas
• Support managers and teammates with additional tasks as needed during service

• Prior bartending experience necessary
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic beverage preparation
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanour with strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and other technology
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Pickleball experience is a plus, but not required
