Pay: $21–$25/hr (based on experience) + tips
Type: Full-Time / Hourly
We’re hiring a Shift Lead to oversee front‑of‑house service during assigned shifts in a fast‑paced NYC quick‑service restaurant. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on hospitality, team support, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead front‑of‑house service during assigned shifts
- Execute opening, service, and closing procedures
- Support and coach service team members
- Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues in real time
- Maintain NYC DOH, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Follow NYC/NYS labor and timekeeping laws
- Oversee POS, cash handling, and service flow
- 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in restaurants (Quick Service or Fast Casual preferred)
- Weekend availability required
- Basic experience in kitchen
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- NYC Food Protection Certificate required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Spanish‑speaking is a plus

- Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana (requisito)
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido
- Certificado de Protección de Alimentos de NYC requerido o debe obtenerse dentro de los primeros 30 días
