As a Bartender/Server at ZEN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair.
- Taking food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Collaborating with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests alike.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences.
