Le Pristine, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe, will make its debut in Japan at the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, which is opening for the first time in Tokyo. Located on the first floor of Hotel Toranomon Hills, Le Pristine Tokyo passionately embodies the mission of Sergio Harman, a long-time Michelin-starred chef and entrepreneur. Le Pristine is a casual fine dining restaurant and cafe that celebrates everyday happiness and joy, where Sergio's deep love of music, art, design, and fashion make the dining experience special.
You will be responsible for desserts and other afternoon tea sweets served at Le Pristine.
- Perform a full range of pastry-related duties at Le Pristine, located within Hotel Toranomon Hills
- Assist with ingredient ordering and inventory control
- Ensure proper hygiene and food safety practices
Role details:
Culinarily focused, hourly/entry level, full-time position located in Tokyo, Japan, within the Le Pristine restaurant.
