OBJECTIVE
Plans, develops, and implements policies, programs, and practices in support of management and employee relations. Guest satisfaction, cost controls, safety and health, and food preparation functions are also performed. Provides counsel and assistance to all Food and Beverage service staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of Food and Beverage service, sanitation and health codes
Guest service, public relations, oral/written communication and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable
REQUIRED EDUCATIONBachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Current Food Handlers Education Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum three years supervisory experience
