The Brick Walk Café is a fast‑casual restaurant offering a menu of snacks, lunches, and healthier choices all prepared fresh daily. The café also features an ice‑cream sundae bar and coffee shop. Operating hours are 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the summer season, located just off Bestor Plaza with indoor and outdoor seating.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $17.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Set up, tear down, and stock ice‑cream items and other supplies throughout the shift and at shift end.
• Prepare ice‑cream items to order using specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements, properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Clean and sanitize food surfaces, maintaining neat, clean, and orderly conditions throughout the shift.
• Perform inventory checks throughout the shift and at shift end, communicating needs to a supervisor or manager.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Seasonal employment available each summer from June to August, with possible pre‑season and post‑season opportunities based on business needs. Schedules typically include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expected shift length is eight hours, with start times varying between 11:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
