Position Summary
Park Hyatt Zanzibar seeks an experienced Arabic Sous Chef to craft authentic cuisine, oversee daily kitchen operations, train and mentor junior chefs, support menu development, ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and elevate our luxury dining experience for guests worldwide.

- Oversee daily kitchen operations

- Ensure highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Elevate luxury dining experience for guests from around the world
- Formal culinary degree or recognized certification
- Minimum 5 years professional kitchen experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Arabic cuisine
- Proven expertise in Arabic cooking techniques, spices, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills in a luxury or fine‑dining environment
- Experience in menu development, food costing, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
