Bar Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Yorktown Heights, NY. The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role includes training and mentoring team members, providing excellent customer service, maintaining impeccable standards for food and beverage quality, and driving sales to meet business goals.

Problem-solving, leadership, and team collaboration will be integral to ensuring the bar's success and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and staff
• Expertise in Food & Beverage services, including a deep understanding of industry standards and trends
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff to uphold service and operational standards
• Proficiency in Sales and techniques to grow revenue and improve customer experience
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications such as food handling or alcohol service certification are a plus
• Prior experience in bar or restaurant management is preferred
