• Organize shifts and manage staffing schedules.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and oversee customer service.
• Motivate and lead the team, work the cash register and drive‑thru, prepare orders.
• Maintain sanitation and operate the fryer/griddle, ensuring a safe work environment.

• Previous experience in food service or management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize team safety.
