Our Restaurant Server welcomes diners, helps them find seats and make sure they are comfortable. They take and deliver orders, suggest dishes, answer questions and provide a satisfactory customer experience. Restaurant Servers must have an in-depth knowledge of the food and drink menu; great memorization or note‑taking skills are a must. They keep the dining and service stations neat and pleasant to meet client expectations and adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
• Provide information to help food and beverage selections
• Present ordered choices promptly and efficiently
• Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude
• Prepare room for dining by setting tables, decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Help patrons select food and beverages by suggesting options and popular pairings and answering preparation questions
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen, recording choices and special dietary needs
• Inform kitchen staff of timing of meal progression
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices and accompaniments
• Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring and observing dining process
• Maintain table setting, remove finished courses, replenish utensils, refill glasses, and be alert to spills or special needs
• Obtain revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering receipts, and handling change or credit card signatures
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks
• Assemble food and beverage orders, check for completeness, and package for takeout
• Deliver food and beverages to guests indoors or outdoors
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, tables, counters and floors
• Resolve guest issues
• Stock beverages and supplies as needed

Training provided for the position.

• 1–2 years restaurant experience preferred
• Positive attitude is a must
• Smiling and pleasant at all times
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to carry food and beverages at distance
• Exceptional time‑management skills
• Understanding of basic food safety procedures
• Team player
