• Lead and supervise the restaurant team to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service.
• Uphold operational standards and drive performance to meet restaurant goals.

• Experience in a supervisory role in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for extended periods; and operate restaurant equipment safely.

The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The following ranges illustrate typical starts by location:

• Salary range: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• Maryland: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• New York: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour
• New York City: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
