Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Overview

Hourly: $21.56 – $23.96

• Make daily decisions related to time management, staff scheduling, and support.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations.
• Coach, teach, and motivate the team to uphold high quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise good business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management.

• At least 21 years of age.
• High‑school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Minimum of two (2) years of prior management experience in the food service industry OR a proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

• Lifting or carrying objects weighing 0–50 pounds.
• Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during the scheduled shift.
• Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat, and extreme cold conditions.
