Job DescriptionOur baristas are the face of Birch Coffee and represent the brand from the moment they arrive take our coffee very seriously and our customer service even seriouser! We strive to create experiences for our guests daily that revolve around respect, courtesy and empathy.
We expect our baristas to deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates. We expect you to be up to speed on our offerings through tastings and info delivered to you by your store leads. We expect our baristas to fully support the store and its needs by working together with your teammates as one unit striving for one common goal.
Responsibilities- Deliver hospitality to guests and collaborate with teammates to support store operations
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- Take pride in work and show up giving 100% every shift
- Be punctual and follow the leadership of the store lead
- Starting pay 15.00/hour+ tips
