Responsibilities
The Bar Back plays a vital role in providing exceptional service by supporting the bartending team, following proper service procedures, and using your skills and personality to create memorable dining experiences.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Barback experience in a high-volume, fine dining setting
- Organized and proficient at multitasking
- Reliable team player willing to learn and adapt
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
