• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality menu delivery and excellent guest service.

• Invest in, develop, and coach the cafe team to provide flawless service and memorable experiences.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast‐casual or full‑service, high‑volume settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (can commute 25‑30 miles).
• Ability to work approximately 50 hours/week, rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for teamwork.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and eager to achieve results.
• 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
