• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operation, including menu quality, guest service, labor, inventory, and safety.
• Maintain revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient operation and high production standards.
• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests to celebrate special occasions or complete work projects.
• Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast casual, full‑service or high‑volume restaurants.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and personal vehicle.
• Availability for approximately 50‑hour work week, rotating shifts that include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to commute up to 25–30 miles each way.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivation, initiative and genuine passion for teamwork.
• 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
