Responsibilities:

• Lead each shift by delegating duties and ensuring team members are prepared for each day.
• Responsible for training and development of team members on their shift(s).
• Contribute to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments.
• Follow operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture.
• Must be proficient in each area of the restaurant to help where ever needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests.
• Display an enthusiastic and professional attitude at all times.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Take direction and delegate responsibilities.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Communicate efficiently to keep all team members informed.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Minimum age 21.
