As a Manager at Wendy’s, you’ll provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business. With the support of the General Manager, you will drive guest service, training and development, sales & profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team. • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business, delivering high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient operations and high standards.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Invest in and develop team members for flawless service.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast food or quick casual, high-volume restaurants preferred).
• Reliable transportation; able to commute up to 25‑30 miles and arrive on time.
• Ability to work approximately 50‑hour week, rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivation, initiative, and passion for teamwork.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

• Competitive Base Pay $51,000–$62,000 yearly (based on experience).
