We need a natural people‑person with an eye for detail who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, works well with a team, and brings positive energy to every shift. The Tap Room Server occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant.

• Full knowledge of menu, liquor, specials, promotions, and events.
• Exude hospitality, take orders, use sales techniques, make recommendations.
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Ask for  serving alcohol to guests.
• Full knowledge of POS system; input orders correctly.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks and run side‑work.
• Know full layout of restaurant, table numbers, storage areas.
• Help promote our restaurant:
  Great food, good people!
• Adhere to policies and procedures of Tap Room.
• Assist fellow team members; we want team players only.
• Proper uniform, neat, clean, positive attitude, on time.
• Properly read state‑issued identification.
• Act with integrity, alert management of all issues.

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
• Availability – Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Valid TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation: $11.00 per hour.
