Overview
The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader. This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises restaurant employees.
Responsibilities- Assist management in delivering guest satisfaction and restaurant performance on each shift.
- Supervise restaurant employees during the assigned shift.
- Motivated, service-oriented individual
