OverviewThe Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an hourly Research Scientist position. We are seeking a Research Scientist (PhD) with strong expertise in advanced quantitative methods. The ideal candidate will be proficient in statistical software including R, SPSS, SAS, and Mplus, and have demonstrated experience with multilevel/hierarchical modeling, structural equation modeling, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, latent class and mixture modeling, and machine learning approaches.
This role involves rigorous data analysis, methodological innovation, and collaboration on high-impact research projects.
- The duties and responsibilities include assistance with the statistical analysis of imaging data and clinical outcomes. This includes data management and analysis of the study results.
- Bachelor's degree and two years of professional research experience in an appropriate field or master's degree in an appropriate field may substitute for one year of the experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with clinical outcomes in the form of surveys would be preferred.
