Location:
New York City – 1‑year contract.
- Demonstrate laboratory expertise with biologic assays for drug development (monoclonal antibodies, antibody‑drug conjugates, T‑Cell Engagers).
- Perform functional antibody screening and profiling (tumor cell signaling, internalization, killing assays, cytokine release).
- Must be proficient in cell culture techniques, ELISA, flow cytometry (antibody selection, method optimization, analysis).
- Maintain multiple cell lines simultaneously (approx. 2–10).
- Conduct potential drug candidate evaluation in vitro (PK/PD, receptor occupancy, density, cytokine release) and ex vivo assays (tumor isolation, blood cell analysis).
- Design and execute studies to select and deliver potential drug candidates.
- Communicate results at project team meetings and prepare presentations as needed.
- MS in Molecular/Cellular Biology or related field with 1+ years of lab experience (preferably in pharma). A BS with 3+ years of lab experience outside academia is also considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Graph Pad Prism, Spotfire, and Benchling.
- Team‑player mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills. Will collaborate across functional teams (structural biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics).
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and adaptability.
