• Conduct independent and/or collaborative scientific research
• Publish high-quality academic papers in peer-reviewed journals

Annual Salary: $100,000 – $300,000+ (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Research Startup Funding:
Up to $400,000

Housing & Settlement Support:
Up to $400,000 (for talent housing, rental subsidies, or property purchase assistance)

• PhD degree from a globally recognized university (preferably QS Top 200) or leading research institution
• Strong academic background and independent research capabilities
• Demonstrated record of publications or project leadership
• Willingness to collaborate with Chinese academic or industrial partners
