Postdoctoral Associate – Bradbury Laboratory
We are seeking a Ph.D. with at least 2 years of experience in cancer immunology and molecular genetics to join our postdoctoral research team in the Bradbury Laboratory. Candidates should be experienced in genetic engineering approaches, qRT-PCR, cytokine profiling, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, 10+ color immunophenotyping, imaging techniques, and advanced in vitro models (3D cultures, organoids). Additional experience with ex‑vivo immunological assays, in vivo procedures, and theranostic applications in oncology is desirable and required.
The candidate will:
- Profile molecular‑genetic changes affecting diseased cell populations, as against normal cells, following exposure to immune and/or particle constructs;
- Utilize these readouts to inform desirable in vivo studies and combinatorial treatment strategies;
- Work closely with a collegial, highly motivated, multidisciplinary team including immunologists, oncologists, pathologists, chemists, and materials scientists;
- Gain invaluable experience in a dynamic environment focused on product translation to the clinic.

Salary Range (annually): $66,200 – $79,551 based on experience.
